RESPITE COACH
Performs all activities related to providing in-home, non-medical respite and coaching services to caregivers of any age, who care for clients who are post-acute hospitalization. Respite Coaching is a non-medical service provided to a client which can include companionship, light housekeeping, light meal preparation, errands, non-personal care advocacy, etc. to allow the in-home primary caregiver the opportunity to perform other responsibilities.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED required. Two years working with or exposure to clients living with chronic medical conditions and/or chronic cognitive decline.
