ENHANCE FITNESS
Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based, 1-hour, low impact, instructor led aerobic exercise program. Enhance Fitness was developed by Senior Services, Seattle, WA and the University of Washington in conjunction with Group Health Cooperative.

What can I expect from an Enhance Fitness class?

Enhance Fitness combines the three key components of fitness: Strength Training, Flexibility & Balance, Aerobic & Cardio. Classes are led by certified Enhance Fitness instructor and are ideal for beginners. Classes can also be modified for the frail requiring chair assistance.

Are there eligibility requirements or costs to participate?
​
Enhance Fitness is limited to those 60 years and older. There is no cost to attend these sessions. For locations and times, call the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at 260.469.3036.
