Now more than ever, we need to increase our fundraising efforts. We invite you to join our commitment to providing caring connections to senior citizens and persons with disabilities who need assistance. Together we can help them achieve a more dignified, independent way of life.
If you would like to make a financial contribution toward our agency programs, please complete the donation form and send it with your contribution to the Aging and In-Home Services' office.

Special Fundraisers:
As a fundraiser, we offer a plaque on the Memory Wall, which is located in the lobby of our facility, in honor or in memory of loved ones for $1000 and/or a brick of the Memory Walk, located outside our facility. Please complete the donation form if you would like to purchase a brick or contribute any tax-deductible donation toward the ongoing facility development.
