| The Information and Assistance staff provides a wealth of resource information to the general public. They are available to answer questions and mail program literature to help the elderly and/or persons with disabilities understand various community services and begin receiving assistance. Individuals are supplied with numerous options in their community that are designed to meet their needs. |
